Looking to cancel or change your Isagenix autoship? This article shows you how to cancel Autoship.
This can be done within your Back Office.
- Log in to your Back Office, select the orange “Manage Autoship” button from the home page.
- When changing the products, you always need to have at least one item in the shopping cart.
- We recommend adding the products you would like to receive first, and then removing the items you no longer want shipped.
- Need to reduce your autoship?
- You can also move your Autoship out up to 60 days from the current date.
- Once you’ve made your changes, be sure to select the “Confirm Autoship” button at the bottom of the page to save your new Autoship setup.
